Love my new hair but when I arrived they had run out of bleach, adding an extra 40 minutes onto an already long treatment. I also wasn’t given a bottle of olaplex when purchasing the treatment which is something I have always received at other salons, and was expensive for just the in-salon treatment. Not a cheap salon, but are experts at what they do.
