I really wasn’t going to leave a review and I thought I’ll get used to my new hair but I’m honestly still very upset. It ended up being a 10cm haircut changing my hair length from long to medium length and I only came to cut the dry ends, I was expecting 3-5cm max. I asked for hair to be layered but the layers are so abrupt and absolutely not smooth, extremely short at the front and totally different length at the back. I really trusted my hair to the professional but was extremely disappointed
