Unfortunately, my appt was cancelled 15mins before. I had booked a last minute haircut but it turns out the list of open spots on the app was not accurate. Second time this has happened with the Vauxhall branch of Live True which is a shame as they are a great place usually.

Great experience - felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, not intimidated like you sometimes feel at London salons. Ingelise actually listened to what I wanted instead of saying ‘you don’t really want that do you..?’ like I have had in the past. She also gave me loads of tips for stopping my finer hair falling flat which was great.
