I moved to the area only a few weeks ago and have been looking for a new place to get my nails done. I found Live True and love the ambience, treatments, manicure, choice of colours and all of the staff are welcoming and friendly, but I've been here twice now and the first time they were 25 mins late and the second time 15 minutes - both without an explanation. I'm going to give them a third chance because I don't want to write them off, but if this is the norm I'm going to have to find somewhere else.

Lovely salon and staff. I had a gel mani which is supposed to include a hand massage. But I wasn’t given a hand massage. Nails were also not filed to the same length and some nails are visibly longer than others
