Was really happy with my highlights. Ingelise listened to exactly what I wanted and was lovely (and super speedy considering I have so much hair!). The only downside - the appointment started 30 mins later than booked, which might have been an issue if I had made plans for afterward. Will be going back.

The appointment was amazing from start to finish, from the minute we arrived all the staff were really friendly and attentive, served hot drinks and got us settled in quickly, even moving our appointment forward because we were early. The nail technicians were amazing, lovely to chat to and so good. Would definitely go back
