Salon called me 2 hours before my treatment saying they had no time for me, then said they would reschedule for later in the day, ended up moving me to the brixton salon which was great and did an amazing job. Don’t bother booking at Vauxhall looking at other reviews so many appointments have been rescheduled or cancelled or moved to a different location, just book Brixton straight up because they move so many appointments there anyway.

The hairdresser was approaching me with inappropriate words and he didn’t do what I asked for and my hair are NOT natural as I requested ( i have curly hair) and I have frizzy hair. FIRE HIM! It is a shame bc I usually book at this salon
