Great experience - felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, not intimidated like you sometimes feel at London salons. Ingelise actually listened to what I wanted instead of saying ‘you don’t really want that do you..?’ like I have had in the past. She also gave me loads of tips for stopping my finer hair falling flat which was great.

I moved to the area only a few weeks ago and have been looking for a new place to get my nails done. I found Live True and love the ambience, treatments, manicure, choice of colours and all of the staff are welcoming and friendly, but I've been here twice now and the first time they were 25 mins late and the second time 15 minutes - both without an explanation. I'm going to give them a third chance because I don't want to write them off, but if this is the norm I'm going to have to find somewhere else.
