Every time whenever I had booked through Treatwell to get my treatment done at live true London, I book with a selected therapist and when I’m at the salon, it’s not the same therapist. Last time also when I had booked for my gel manicure, I was given two different therapist when I booked it with one selected therapist and even the same thing happened. I booked with Pallavi (therapist) and when I reached she wasn’t in, I had no choice but to do with a different therapist. It’s annoying whenever I book it in advance through your app, I select the therapist and when I reach it’s not the same. What’s the point of giving the options of therapist when I don’t get the same.
