I had to reschedule my booking because my original appointment had been double booked, then when I turned up at the new time they clearly didn't have me on their system. The girl was nice and managed to find somebody to cut my hair, however not as senior a stylist as I had originally booked for. I was getting quite a big restyle so I was a bit disappointed by this.
The girl I got made a nice job of it but I had booked somebody more senior so I could have a bit of input into what I should go for.

Had Balayage for the first time. Wasn’t sure if the colour suited me 100% even though I did ask for red. Myra wasn’t very well that day, yet she did a really good job. She even offered do redo the colour if I wanted to. I decided to leave it and I think I will probably go for a different shade next time. Will be back!
