The salon was beautiful and friendly, I would definitely go back. There was some confusion as to what time my appointment was as it differed from what I booked through the app then it seemed confusing when I called to confirm, not a big issue.
Unfortunately, I had a poor experience at this salon with my stylist and this occurred for a number of reasons. I booked to receive two services (balayage foliage and toner) with one stylist yet had two different stylists attend to my toner and blow dry. This resulted in a colour which was not my requested looked/style, instead I was left with green/brassy/brown hair. My original stylist then had to redo my hair attempting to fix the damage. My hair is now brittle and fractured as there was far too much bleach used in one sitting on what was perfectly healthy hair. I have since been in contact with management who offered a redo;however, I declined due to not wanting to damage my hair any further and have requested a refund. I paid £190 for my service and was in the salon 5 and a half hours, and left with damage hair which was not to my desired look. I will take this matter further as management have not been efficient nor helpful in solving this matter.
