The stylist was very good. The only hiccup was that when I arrived, the stylist booked was not in that day and had to wait until someone else got free to help. My appointment was at 12:30 and I was seen 35 minutes later. I also was trying to find the salon and called several times for directions. The phone was busy and when the call went through, they hang up on me. When I arrived to the salon, the phone was off the hook and reception said that it was b/c they are too busy to handle phones.
