I’ve been coming here for almost 8 months and while it’s a fantastic manicure each time, the booking system is absolutely shambolic. There have been three occasions where they have called me within 24 hours of my appointment in order to change it. Not great when you have commitments either side. My appointment this time was 4 HOURS later that originally booked, and I was only given 3 hours notice. They change appointments after they send confirmation texts/emails - surely defeating the purpose of a confirmation? Not a reflection of the brilliant manicurists or receptionists who always try to be as helpful in the chaos that they work in. Management need to sort out their mess of a salon
Really bad experience. I booked on treatwell a treatment for £52. When I paid the staff didn’t respect this price and I had to pay the regular price (£67). Really disappointed.
