This was the single worst beauty service experience, not only the actual procedure but also the lack care from the salon. My eyebrow and upper lip threading were unusually painful but I initially thought I may have been too sensitive. In the salon, I realized that I had small cuts and was bleeding. The technician told me that it’s because she was trying to get small hairs ... I didn’t say anything then as I didn’t want to make a fuss and the marks I saw would heal well. A few hours later, I felt sore in my eyebrow/nose area. I realized that I had deep thread cuts (full lines) at the top of my nose. Clearly from the angles of the thread and the pressure. I contacted the salon to warn them and get feedback. They asked me to send photos, which I did. I heard nothing back and followed up. The procedure caused me pain and scars, which I still have today after several weeks. At the very least, I expected an apology and a refund. Not silence. Avoid.
