Really loved getting my haircut with Chrissy. She was really friendly and I appreciate her making time for me after the hair stylist I had booked with had called in sick. It was a shame about the last five minutes of my appointment as I was surprised with an additional charge to pay for the toner that was not part of the treatment I had paid for, but that I had not been asked or even told about before or during the process of colouring my hair. I would go back here again because I was very happy with my hair, however I will now be sure to ask a lot more questions about the prices up front and find out exactly what hair treatments I will be getting.
