Firstly, the salon didn’t believe I’d paid on Treatwell because of some problem. Which, while understandable felt unnecessarily accusatory. I had to prove it twice.
The file & paint itself wasn’t bad. I had a full pedicure pushed on me very hard, despite never mentioning wanting one or being interested in one.
They have lots of varnish colour samples but few actual colours so I’m not convinced the one put on me was actually the one I picked out, but I still like it.
The salon was also overbooked so I was rushed off to dry my nails very quickly.
I’ve had a few lovely manicures here, but I will not be coming back for a pedicure any time soon.

Decided to give this place another go. Last time whilst getting my cuticles done, one finger bled, then the gel polish bubbled up so had to go back in to get it redone. Staff were accommodating though and made time for me to get that nail redone. Went again to get nails done, same thing happened. It was my other hand this time, one finger bled again and the gel polish has now bubbled up again after only having the nails done a few hours ago.
