Treatments great.
Unfortunately between the bikini wax and manicure I waited 35 mins, I wasn’t offered any drink or given the selection of polish to look at so had to make a very rushed decision when the manicure started. Which was also awkward when you can’t use your hands!!
Then between the manicure and pedicure I had to wait another 30 mins. Staff kept asking me what I was having done, it was like I wasn’t booked in properly on system etc.
