Had trouble with my Treatwell booking - hadn’t come through to the salon’s booking system. I had to wait 45 mins for another slot to become available. Then had to wait an additional 25 minutes until my nail technician was available. Wish this had been communicated to me. The treatments themselves were good and the lady who did my nails was very talkative and friendly, and knowledgeble. The same cannot be said for front of house staff.
