The stylist was extremely welcoming and talkative and the ambience of the place was commendable. However, the balayage colour was nowhere near what I requested. Extremely disappointed having paid a lot of money for what appears to be a dark block colour with hardly any multi tones. Hair has been left not feeling healthy or silky at the ends. I was also made to pay an additional £30 in store for a toner treatment I was unaware of getting / did not request.

There was internal goof up with the appointments, as they couldn’t locate me and my friends on the their system. Appointment started late and the staff was completely unapologetic for their own internal double bookings. We ended up waiting for an hr to start.
Manicure i got few cuts on my fingers due ti cuticle/dead skin cleaning which i suppose might be extreme.
