Whilst the visit itself was pleasant enough, I don't feel my stylist did what I asked. I required a trim and a tidying up of my back and sides. I specifically asked for it not to be too short, but to blend naturally with the rest of my length. I wasn't consulted when she proceeded to use a clipper on each side. It doesn't match the overall length/look of the rest of my hair. At one point there was a visible difference in how short she'd cut each side, which I had to point out to her, before she then "corrected it." It's a shame because the place was busy with clients and the reviews are overall positive. I am however dissapointed.
