I had my hair appointment with pedro, who was nothing short of wonderful, and incredibly lovely. he did make me aware at the start that I probably wouldnt achieve the blonde I wanted due to my hair being dark, and the final result was absolutely stunning, though not exactly what I wanted. the balayage transitions very smoothly into my natural hair colour, and I did end up falling in love with it. however my only criticism is that had I known that I wouldnt get the result I wanted I probably wouldnt have dished out as much as i spent as i feel like it was not worth the cost, especially since the toner and treatment weren't included in the price. however my hair dresser did an absolutely wonderful job with what I gave him to work with and I am very grateful. I just wish I had known prior to booking that the colour wouldnt go blonde then I would have gone to somewhere a little cheaper, and it was too late to get a refund on the day. this being said I am happy with the results, and the haircut was great. asked for minimal trimming of dead/split ends and light layering and it's exactly what I got.. healthier looking hair without feeling like i lost any length! thank you

They wouldn't let me have the shellac as they said they didn't have time to take mine off even though this wasn't offered as an option and they had kept me waiting for nearly 10 mins. Had to pay for parking in the nearest carpark.
