Overall, the manicure was ok but the lady made a deep cut to the cuticle on one finger which has now left a lasting, fairly large scab (6 days later). Accidents happen but it has ruined the overall look of my manicure, which I had done for my holiday.

When I arrived at my appointment they charged me an extra £10 to remove the shellac that was already on my toes for the pedicure - which I assumed would have been removed during the pedi and new application of Shellac. After already spending a ridiculous amount of money for a very mediocre treatment this was just the icing on the cake. I would rather go to the local businesses in the area.
