I originally had the appointment for a Wednesday morning. As I was 10 minutes late and they mentioned they wouldn't be able to do the whole manicure as they had other customers after me, but that I could keep my appointment if I was ok with not having my cuticles cut.
I said I'd rather have the complete manicure, and they gladly rescheduled for the following day!
The appointment itself was great. They're friendly and very efficient.
