The staff were charming and professional. I had a balayage a few weeks ago and came back for a hair cut because of how impressed I was. Lovely welcoming atmosphere, will definitely be back!

Asked to be rescheduled twice after visiting the salon and been told I cannot have my treatment due to the store closing soon even though they provided me with a time to suit them! I also pre paid and they still could not accommodate my treatment. Slightly annoyed as I had to free my evenings twice to come to the salon thinking I would get my hair done even though I paid! Disappointed by the service here too.
