Salon itself was nice - good atmosphere, phoned & told about patch test, & a good coffee (although only offered 1 drink throughout 4 hour treatment).
I paid £230 for a Balayage, hair cut & finish. It took a total of 4 hours and I sadly don’t think it was worth my time or money. The colour is nice but not much different to the balayage I had for half the cost previously & hardly anyone has noticed I’ve even had my hair done. The cut - the stylist blow dried my hair completely straight & then dry-cut it in a straight line, leaving a choppy blunt finish - not sure if this is a healthy way to cut hair?
The finish - curled in about 5 minutes which sadly had completely fallen out the next day, probably because it was dried straight beforehand. I had a party the next day and was hoping my hair would stay styled, but sadly had to re-curl it all myself. We also had to cancel the Oplex treatment due to time.
Having spent £230 and 4 hours on my hair, I would have expected to walk out feeling ‘Wow’ and for the finished style to last longer than 10 hours.

Treatment is quite long (took over an hour and info said 45 minutes) so would only book again in the evening not during lunch-break, however results were great and meant no need for mascara for weeks.

Would return again, for a central location, price is not bad. The salon was busy but not chaotic, staff were friendly, cut was quick, nothing much to complain about.
