Arrived in good time for appointment was told I was early - another customer arrived & was told her stylist would be late as she was stuck on a train after 15 minutes of waiting I was told to leave my number to reschedule as stylist was stuck on a train and would be another twenty minutes late and she had another appointment then - girl at reception could not rebook me as the receptionist was not there either, 2 stylists & 1 receptionist all stuck on a train ? Really? Do not book with them
