Ruined my hair, went in for a full tint of dark brown -left with red roots and when complained was told multiple excuses - also cut my hair wonky and much shorter than asked for. Completely disregarded what I wanted and asked for. Would NOT recommend Maria at all - as I’ve had sane services before from other stylist and never experienced anything like what I have now. In the process of complaining to head office but they are also very unresponsive- super disappointed
