The appointment ran 20 minutes late with no interaction. No complimentary drink was offered. The stylist cut the hair incorrectly, using a middle parting against the client's wishes, and the final style did not resemble the inspiration.

I didn't like this salon at all. I didn't think it was particularly clean. Wasn't offered a drink and was disappointing with the blow dry. I had shown the hairdresser two photos of how I normally wear my hair. I ended up with a 'flouncy' style that was all over the place. Returned to my hotel to wash it out.
