I get my hair done at least once a week, showed a reference photo of my own hair and she did the laziest job possible and told me it was impossible to achieve my reference photo. Had to dispute the charge because she walked away and said it wasn’t her problem that my hair wasn’t working with her

I love live true Soho and have been a regular here for years but I didn’t have a very good experience with my stylist this time - she was rude and snappy, and didnt seem keen to understand what I am looking for in our consultation. The result ended up being not the cut I wanted.

I was late for my appointment and so I had rescheduled. The guy who was supposed to do my hair wanted to just cut instead of blow drying. I asked for a reschedule again and managed to get 6pm. It was badly done and I needed to get it fixed elsewhere.
