Itwas not my first visit to the salon, and overall I’m satisfied. However, when I arrived on time for my appointment with Andre, I was told he wasn’t available and had another client in 20 minutes—despite my booking being confirmed a week ago. In reality, he didn’t see another client before I left, so the explanation didn’t seem accurate.
That said, the stylist I was reassigned to did a great job!
