Avoid Melissa if you want a bouncy blowdry. Looked nothing like inspo pic and walked out with flat, straightened hair. Completely ruined my birthday.

I was told that my appointment had overlapped, and as a result, I couldn’t receive my service. I was then booked with another stylist on the same day since Viviane was unavailable. The booking was made through their WhatsApp number, but when I arrived, they said it wasn’t showing up in their system. I had travelled all the way to Central London for nothing and spent £12 on travel. They rebooked me for the following week, and I finally got my haircut then. How unreliable is their booking system?
