The booking was for my partner (non-binary but assigned male at birth) who has been growing their hair out and at reception we had an unfortunate confrontation about whether they were eligible for a “men’s haircut” or whether it was “long enough to actually be a lady’s haircut”. It would be less confusing to remove the gendered “men/women” part of your descriptions if the info the salon actually needs is just hair length. Otherwise the stylist herself was excellent, v welcoming and cut was great

Can’t really fault the stylists themselves as they were lovely but booked in for a whole head and was told after arriving that they only had time for a half and were unable to refund me as I paid with Treatwell. Said I could have a treatment for free to make up for it and then tried to charge me for it at the end?! Why accept the booking if you know you don’t have time for it? Didn’t like the vibe of the salon either, wasn’t very friendly and was left by the sink for 30 mins just waiting?
