My hair dresser was double booked, a 1.5 hour session ran into 2 hours with the hairdresser unable to complete a pre-paid hair cut. Salon Manager was very supportive and helpful in consideration to the situation. Receptionist requires further training if they are to pursue a customer facing, front of house role. Good salon with talented staff but they need to work on internal management of their booking systems and identify staff training on customer service.
Had a haircut done by Eigile and she was so sweet and professional. She definitely exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back to have haircut sone by her.
