I booked a second haircut with Andres as I was so happy with the first. I am very particular and Andres is detailed, lovely face framing style, and beautiful bouncy blow-dry that has lasted 3 days! He is very talented and I will continue to re-book with Andres!

I think this branch of live true is going downhill! It was a bit of a mess, trolleys everywhere, broken drawers and furniture downstairs, not very well maintained. I didn't even know the name of my hairdresser, and she didn't tell me or talk to me at all. I also didn't get offered a drink (which I always have done in the past). I had to ask my hairdresser to change the haircut twice but by the end I was happy with it. Might be changing salons next time!
