Maddie was a lovely girl, friendly and had a quirky style. She was good at listening to what I wanted. However during the blow drying phase she had gotten a little too close to my scalp and burnt it a few times. Not comfortable experience. Was not offered drink. Second time in the soho branch and honestly will not be coming back as it seems to be going downhill.

Best hairdressing experience I’ve had in London. Andres was so lovely and offered suggestions which I found really helpful as I was looking to do something a bit different with my hair. Andres did a fab cut and I left super happy! Will definitely come back when it’s time for my next cut.

The wash and cut was good but I think Sebastian could have listened a bit more attentively to what I wanted ... maybe he was having a long day or something idk but I didn't get what I asked for which is a shame.

Gian Marco was not my stylist someone else did my hair, and was not the this the problem.
The girl made a massive hole on my nel line she said that was the way of my hair just horrible I am furious she took the mirror to don’t make me look properly.
This is super unprofessional and now to fix this I have to wait other 2 months or spend again to fix them.
Isn’t a brain surgery to cut a straight line and definitely no experience on cuts and the blow dry was bad as well.
Just a waist of money.
