I couldn’t even have my nails done because they messed up. My appointment was 30 mins late (!) which I waited around for, to then be told it would be another 5 mins. Being on my lunch break I obviously couldn’t waste any more time. I asked her to do the nails as quick as possible - but she got out the colours and there were only 5 awful colours to choose from. So I said I didn’t want to bother. Unprofessional

One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had and love the bouncy blow dry. Melissa took so much time over my thick hair and ensured it was exactly how I wanted it - I will definitely be back next time for another one of Melissa’s cuts. Very happy!

Absolutely loved Andres and their work. My hair went from brassy orange with 4 different shades, to a block colour vibrant copper brown. So friendly and catered to my specific hair colour really well.

This was so disappointing. Every single other time I’ve had a balayage here I’ve loved it. But I came out looking the exact same as when I went in. It took four hours to look the exact same. I may as well have just washed my hair at home. It’s okay having paid £181 to see no visible difference. It’s so upsetting and irritating.
