Great cut by Melissa! Long wait time though, had to wait 25 minutes+ past your appointment time and receptionists weren’t too helpful. All in all though, worth the wait as I love my haircut!

Spontaneously booked a hair cut here without ever having been to this venue. Melissa did a fantastic job! She took lots of time to get my hair exactly right and was very detailed. She also made a big effort styling my hair afterwards which I appreciated. Really pleased with the results and would come again!

The process of getting booked was a pain- no fixed day or time or stylist to your booking!After booking online and paying, i went for a patch test, to be told when i got there that there was no one to do my hair on the day that I booked.The day of the rescheduled appointment comes- i receive a message 2 hours before that it is cancelled, then a message that someone could take me. I finally get there and the only person that is available is a senior stylist that was very good but had to upgrade.
