Terrible experience!40min delay!To be seen by somebody else(wasn’t Vivian but guy from Clapham salon),I specifically booked with senior stylist but seen by someone with 3 years experience, didn’t feel senior at all. I thoroughly discussed and showed him picture of what I want to be assured this can be done. My haircut is nowhere near what I wanted, half the hair thin out! Receptionist promised to forward my complaint but he didn’t!I contacted customer care, few days ago,still not solved! Avoid
