Sophia did an amazing job with my Keratin Brazilian Blow -Dry treatment. From the very beginning, she took the time to properly assess my hair and clearly explained the entire process. She was extremely knowledgeable and honest, advising me on what would work best for my hair type and condition rather than just pushing a treatment.
The results were fantastic—my hair feels smoother, healthier, and so much more manageable. I really appreciated how professional, caring, and attentive Sophia was.
