Possibly the worst experience I had in an hair salon! everything was pretty disappointing from the incompetent hairdresser to the rude receptionist..I won't definitely come back especially with so many options in London.

Melissa was great. She listened to what I wanted from the start and gave me the haircut that was right for my hair. She also gave a good head massage! She also gave me a good blow dry. She was very thorough and professional. I would be happy to have her cut my hair again.
