lovely lady cutting hair however fringe cut way too short for curly hair. communication misunderstanding but should have double checked as an experienced hairdresser would know this wouldn't be recommended for type of hair anyway

The salon booked a different time slot than the one I asked for so when I arrived they said I was late and didn’t get the service I paid for. I asked for a refund which they said they are going to do but so far I haven’t got my money back.
