The treatment itself was really good, very efficient and the stylist was friendly and attentive. The day I went was booked back to back and I arrived early and the receptionist had me sit down, but my treatment started half an hour late. No one told me that they were running late or spoke to me until they were ready, which I thought they could have done better.

Ugur really understood me and my hair. I've had a few bad haircuts recently so was a bit nervous at first, but as soon as we sat down and chatted I could see he was talented, confident and had a vision for what would work for me. This is the best haircut I've had in the last few years and I'll definitely be going back.
