Made to have a treatment I didn’t want for £40+, charged £34 for toner without flagging additional cost (save for small print and no mention on the way in) despite every other reputable salon I’ve been to including it. VERY rude and colour all wrong.

I showed up on time only to be told that my appointment can't go ahead as there are no stylists available. The guy at the reception said he tried to call me, but I never had any missed calls. Despite this, they did not cancel my appointment on treatwell, so I have not even been refunded yet. Please avoid this highly unprofessional place.
