I called the salon a few times before my appointment to confirm but there was never any answer. When I arrived at the salon, the receptionist didn't have an appointment for me on their system and was rude about rescheduling. I turned up for the rescheduled appointment (which I had received a confirmation email the day before from the salon), to once again find that they didn't have an appointment for me and claimed that I hadn't paid - which was wrong as I had through treatwell when booking.
