Poor customer service, appointment didn’t start until 45mins after the appointment start time and the person I specifically booked wasn’t available. Had to chase for a solution. The lady I had was very nice in the end and did a good job.

The salon mixed up my pre booked appointment time and then asked me to wait an hour until the stylist was free. They seemed unbothered by the whole thing but it was a huge waste of time for me.
After I waited Glensa seemed more rushed than usual so they style/cut wasn’t what I quite wanted.

It was ok for the off peak price but the cut was done in literally 30 seconds and not properly done - especially as it was framing the face.
