Overall the worst haircut I’ve ever had!!
Firstly they rescheduled my booking 30 minutes before it was scheduled! They replaced the stylist with someone who didn’t speak very good English, and who didn’t check his understanding with me, and rushed through the cut, meaning I ended up with something I absolutely hated, which couldn’t be fixed without going even shorter!
I’m so disappointed - have been wearing my hair up since and will have to until it grows out. I’d like a refund please Live True

Overall it was a pleasurable experience- noticed some patchiness down the line where the upper appears a little “orange” and the lower half is a lot lighter - established contact to come down to a resolution but couldn’t come down to a favourable outcome… slightly disappointed in terms of after care but I couldn’t fault my in salon experience
