After 4 hours of being in the chair when the 'stylist' Freya was drying my hair I noticed some blotches of dye on my hair line and middle hair parting. I alerted her to them and she stated "oh i must have left the toner in too long" she attempted to re-foil and tone pieces of my hair and her mistakes. It resulted in making the highlights even worse. I discovered the real extent of the damage when I got home. Patches of orange and yellow dotted around my head. This girl is tottally unqualified.
