Not a great atmosphere, people just do their things and pay hardly attention to the customer. It was Friday evening and the salon was empty. I showed a picture of the desired cut (extremely simple), left with a different one and much shorter. Don’t recommend and won’t go back, look forward to when my hair will grow back to find a salon to regularise the cut

Appointment didn't take place because it was not available. I asked if they could cancel on their end and was told they could not (this is the correct procedure). I have been charged and now the onus is on me to recuperate the refund via Treatwell.
