Oxhana was really kind and lovely, she has a very positive energy. I think the haircut was good, but it wasn’t exactly what I asked for, my hair has some sharp edges and feels a bit too choppy instead of a subtle look that I was going for, and that has made me a bit sad. I will try again with Oxhana in the future because she is very nice and could do better next time.

I was happy with my hair in the end but using treatwell was not a good experience. I arrived at my appointment and was told they didn’t have it as it hadn’t synced with the system. I then had to rebook for the following day in a salon an hour away.

They were late opening, and so my blow dry was rushed. The receptionist didn't turn up until 9.15am and my appointment was supposed to be 9am. As a result the stylist had to rush the blow dry and it was all a little stressful. Not a great experience.
