The salon called me in the afternoon to say that my stylist was running late so could I arrive 10-15 minutes late. When I arrived they knew nothing of this and refused to have my appointment as I was “late”. They asked to see the phone call from the salon which I showed them. I was never offered a drink or an apology. Domenico barely spoke two words to me until the end. Fortunately the haircut was actually nice.
