I had an haircut done at Livetrue Soho. I did not ask for anything complicated but just to refresh my very simple hair style. Unfortunately, the final result was not what I was expected as I have got weird and not simmetrical layers at the back!!! Not happy with that!!

Overall ok even though I had a booking and I was left to way for 40+ min.. The colour was wrong in the end..not like the photos I asked (what I wanted was perfectly clear and I was assured that all would be done correctly) and in order to fix it they used another toner (2 in total) and they charged me extra for fixing their mistake.
