Despite clearly explaining what I wanted and providing a photo of the desired color and I had the assurance from the experienced stylist, of achieving the desired color.. The final result was not as expected/requested. Then they used 2nd toner to fix the colour and they charged me X2. My hair now has three colours. I am extremely dissatisfied with the final result! SO DISAPPOINTED!
