I love the place and the hair dressers are always friendly but my second time booking via treat well and second time they’ve cancelled on me. I do think if you book via treat well they over book and then can’t accommodate everyone. However rebooked and it was fine

I’m not one to ever leave a negative review, but this was unfortunately one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. Showed a reference picture of a shoulder length bob and left with a bizarre looking mullet with choppy layers. Have had to wear my hair up since the haircut, as it just looks terrible down.
